The women Development Cell of SGGSJ Govt. College, Paonta Sahib conducted "Interactive sessions" for the first year students of BA, BSC, BCA and B.Com. with effect from 27-8-22 to 5.09.2022. Total 260 students participated in these sessions. The members of the Committee interacted with students as per the schedule framed by the WDC. In these sessions the following points were discussed with the students:

- Functioning of the committees related to safety of students particularly of the girl students.

In addition to this WDC committee discussed in detail various points with the students so that students may know more about various activities being organized in the college to provide safety and security to the students especially to the girl students. It was also decided that for future financial security of the students, a few entrepreneurship programs will also be organized. The Committee sensitized all the students (Girls and boys) about equal rights and gender equality.
